Sweet pepper stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs is a delicious light snack full with protein and vitamin C. In this recipe orange pepper is used because of its sweet taste. As a variation this healthy and tasty snack could be prepared with any other pepper. Yellow or red pepper fits best cause of their sweetness.

- 2 sweet pepper
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g feta cheese
- chilli flakes
Mash the cottage cheese, cream and feta and 3-4 tablespoons of water in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes pepper.
Cut peppers in quarters, core and wash. Chop the chives.
Fill paprika quarters with the cottage cheese mixture and serve them sprinkled with chives.
