To ease gluten-free travel, I strongly suggest carrying a Gluten-Free Restaurant Card. Personally, I find it valuable to invest in a trustworthy gluten-free restaurant card that specifically addresses cross-contamination concerns. Below, I’ve included some basic Czech phrases to communicate your dietary requirements effectively.

Explore local eateries offering gluten-free options and familiarize yourself with regional dishes typically devoid of gluten. By combining a reliable gluten-free restaurant card with thorough pre-trip research, you’ll be well-prepared to navigate your dietary restrictions while traveling.

There are several places to buy gluten-free ingredients, from local supermarkets to bigger chain stores and organic shops. Most stores have a dedicated gluten free product section.
