Bread buns with sesame seeds

Gluten-free bread buns with sesame seeds

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 25 minutes

Serves: 8

This gluten-free bread buns with sesame seeds are super easy to prepare with only a few ingredients. In this recipe a universal bread mix is used, but you could easily mix up your own flour. I would recommend a mixture of 30% white flours (like corn flour, potato flour, rice flour etc.) and 70% dark gluten-free flours (for example buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, teff flour, brown rice flour etc.).
