This gluten-free bread buns with sesame seeds are super easy to prepare with only a few ingredients. In this recipe a universal bread mix is used, but you could easily mix up your own flour. I would recommend a mixture of 30% white flours (like corn flour, potato flour, rice flour etc.) and 70% dark gluten-free flours (for example buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, teff flour, brown rice flour etc.).

Ingredients
- 400 g bread mix
- 300 ml water
- 7 g yeast, dried
- 20 ml sunflower oil
- salt
Method

Mix the flour with the yeast and salt. At the lukewarm water and the sunflower oil. Mix with a hand mixer to a uniform dough for about 4 minutes.

Divide the dough over 8 equally divided portions. Form little buns and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and press lightly.

Leave to rise for about 40 minutes or they have doubles in size. Let rise in a warm environment and cover the buns with a wet cloth so they stay moist.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius until the gluten-free bread buns are golden brown.
