Ingredients

  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g linseed flour
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 40 g sesame seeds
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  • 1)

    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, mix nuts, seeds, salt, almond flour and linseed flour. Then add the eggs and the coconut oil and mix well with a whisk or fork.

  • 2)

    Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper and pour the batter into the pan. Pour into the prepared tin and smooth out with a spoon so that it is nice and evenly on top.

  • 3)

    Bake the nut ans seed bread for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the bread to cool completely after baking. After cooling, cut the bread into 20 slices of around 35 grams.
