Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 75 g almond flour
- 100 ml coconut oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Method

In a small bowl, add eggs and beat them lightly. Set aside

Mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Cut chicken tenders into desired length and width for chicken nuggets.

In a large pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat.

Take chicken chunks, dip in egg then dip in the almond flour mixture. Repeat for extra crunchy nuggets.

Add chicken to hot pan. Fry 2-4 minutes per side until completely cooked.
