Tinto de Verano is a delicious cold and refreshing wine-based drink. It is slightly similar to sangria. Normally Tinto de Verano is made up of one part of red wine and one part gaseosa (a general term for sodas and carbonated drinks), mostly La Casera. Since La Casera is not widely available outside Spain, therefore we have created a recipe which comes very close to the original. The drink is served over ice usually with a slice of lemon or orange.
