This keto low carb granola is delicious and has lots of crunch. It is packed with nuts and seeds. Try this delicious grain-free and sugar-free granola for breakfast! Delicious with some yogurt. If you are a sweet tooth, then add some low carb sweetener such as Stevia, Erythritol or Monk fruit. I didn’t add any sweetener since the rich taste of coconut and cocoa is simply yummy. It’s easily homemade and super tasty!

  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 25 g walnuts
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 10 g protein powder
  • 10 g cacao powder, 60% cacao
  • 2 egg whites

    Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius.

    Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Mix the egg whites (with sweetener as desired) and add to the bowl. Mix well together to form a homogeneous and evenly moist mass. Everything should be slightly crumbly.

    Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the granola evenly. Place in the preheated oven for 60 minutes. Mix the granola every 15 min so that the mixture is baking evenly.

    After baking, let the granola cool down completely. Then put into an airtight box or container.
