Ingredients
- 2 aubergine
- 100 g cheese, grated
- tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove
- oregano, dried
- 2 anchovies filet, diced
- 50 g ham, diced
- 1 sjalot, sliced thinly
Method

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2)
Slice the aubergine into 1 cm thick pieces. Sprinkle with some salt and let rest for 10 minutes so the water can substract from the aubergine. Brush off the salt.
- 3)Brush with a little olive oil and rub with the garlic clove. Place on a baking sheet.
- 4)Spread some of the tomato paste on top of the aubergine slices. Then top with the cheese, onions, ham, anchovies and a sprinkling of dried oregano.
- 5)Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender.
