Try this healthy soup alongside some toasted gluten-free bread or a grilled cheese sandwich. Also great as a starter for a simple dinner. This soup is gluten-free, vegetarian and easy to cook in under 25 minutes. I’ve topped the soup with some leftover ham from the fridge. Just leave this away if you are making the soup vegetarian or top with some cheese instead.
